Cathy Fletcher
Cathy has been in the financial services industry since 1990 working for one of the big four Trading Banks. She began as a teller and worked her way through to specialising in home lending. In 2004 she was appointed the Mortgage Broker liaison person for the Bay of Plenty region. This was achieved by having a huge passion for customer service with a can do attitude.
Cathy had lived in Australia for the first 8 years of her working life progressing through the hospitality industry to managing motels. On return to NZ in 1984 Cathy looked for the next challenge and decided on self employment in Tauranga. She bought Le Café with her sister. This very successful business was a great way to get to know the locals. Owning Le Café incorporated many of her passions, customer service, people and food. The business was sold in 1987. Now she likes to keep up with what is happening in the business world through reading magazine publications, books and the media.
Cathy has been through the process of building two houses, with her relationship still intact! She has two daughters, three grandchildren and two cats.
Cathy has always been interested in how to make money grow. She recognised the importance of astute financial planning early in her working life so Cathy is very excited to have joined with her new employers Tracey Coxhead, Jane Benton and Gail Seddon at G3 Financial Freedom Limited from inception, May 2009. The values of the company incorporate all that are Cathy’s own, honesty, integrity, straight forward quality advice with a passion for customer service.
